Welcome
Does self-criticism make it difficult for you to live in your skin?
Are you unable to turn off the inner voice that criticizes you?
Do you feel “down” for no apparent reason?
Do you tend to rely on others for comfort?
Do you have difficulty balancing your needs against the needs of others?
Do you have a problem saying “no” to others?
Do you know what is “right” for you?
Do you tend to take the path of least resistance to avoid feeling guilty?
If you have answered “Yes” to a majority of these questions, then you are not unlike many of the clients that come to see me for therapy, seeking help to deal with their various issues such as:
Anxiety
Depression
Marital discord
Relationship building
Work-related issues
Conflict resolution
Multi-generational issues
Parent-child problems
Adolescent difficulties
Unresolved grief
Lack of fulfillment

Finding the Right Therapist
Finding a therapist is not difficult. There are hundreds of therapists in most large cities. What is difficult is finding the right therapist, someone who fits your personality and recognizes your particular needs. A therapist's credentials promote a level of trust, but it is only in the interaction with the therapist that you can determine if you feel comfortable, listened to and heard.
I would be pleased to arrange a meeting so that you can determine whether I am the right therapist for you.
